Why Come to Retreat?
- You can grow closer to God!
- Camp YoliJwa is heaven on earth — a beautiful location, great food, and more. Check it out at campyolijwa.org.

- You will have a blast!
What Are the Accommodations?
- Dorm-style rooms with bunkbeds, assigned by family groups, in the historic Doubling Gap Hotel building.
- Newly remodeled bathrooms!
- Most rooms do not have outlets and are upstairs. Arrangements can be made for medical necessities on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Bedding & pillow
- Toiletries, washcloth & towel
- Comfortable clothes & shoes
- Bible
- Snacks to share
- A donation toward the cost of the retreat

What Can We Do There?
Relax, paddleboat, challenge course, play games, hike, walk, chat, eat, a full gym, a workout room, and much more.
Families Welcome!
All teens and children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You can come for the whole weekend, or for any part — we just need a count for overnight guests and for meals.

How Do I Register?
Text or email Rachel: (814) 931-2487 · neelychic@gmail.com
Or your church may have a sign-up sheet. When you register, please:
- Indicate the days and meals you will be present for.
- Indicate the number of adults (A), children ages 5–17 (C), and children under 5 (free).
- Sign up for a snack to share.
- Plan for your donation. We want the retreat to be accessible for everyone, but in the end we also need to pay the bill — so please give as you are able.
Registration Deadline: September 25
For more info, talk to your pastor or the designated retreat coordinator at your church — or contact Pastor Rachel Neely-Pletcher at 814-931-2487 or neelychic@gmail.com.
Want to Volunteer?
- Pray for the retreat — that it would be a community-building experience, for willing and open hearts, and for connections to be built.
- Volunteer for snack set-up and/or clean-up.
- Volunteer with the children (clearances required). We would appreciate help from each church with registered children.
- Join the worship team — we will have a worship team during Session #1 and Session #3.
Contact Rachel to volunteer.
